The 10th Summer School of the South African-German Center for Transnational Criminal Justice will take place from 18 June to 6 July 2018. Part of the Summer School is a conference on "Current Debates in International Criminal Justice", which will take place in the auditorium of the Jacob-und-Wilhelm-Grimm-Zentrum on 21 and 22 June. **Important Information on the Programme from 2019 onwards**
Kindly note that the ten year funding of the DAAD for this programme will lapse in December 2018. The programme will be continued by the Law Faculty of the University of the Western Cape. LLM & PhD PROGRAMME
The LLM and PhD programme "Transnational Criminal Justice and Crime Prevention – An International and African Perspective" is housed in the "South African-German Centre for Transnational Criminal Justice" established at the University of the Western Cape (UWC) in 2008 in Bellville/Cape Town.
Each year, a summer school is held in Berlin for three weeks during the South African winter break in June and July. It is hosted by Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, and offers an interdisciplinary forum for students in the programme, students of Humboldt-Universität and legal experts.
